This is a full-time on-site role based in Kampala and upcountry for a marketing and sales executive. The marketing and sales executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients, fostering strong relationships with customers presenting and advertising Quaver products and achieving sales targets, preparing daily and monthly reports Statement of Account (SOA).
Additional responsibilities includes conducting market research to stay updated on the marketing trends, maintaining accurate sales records and collaborating with the team members to develop strategies that drive business growth.
- LOCATION: UGANDA Regions : Northern, Eastern, Western, Central
- QUALIFICATION: SKILLS
- 1. Experience in sales and client acquisition, and customer relationship management
- 2. Ability to research market trends and develop strategic sales initiatives
- 3. Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving and interpersonal kills
- 4. Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- 5. Basic knowledge or experience in advertising, marketing
- 6. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, communication or related field is desirable
- 7. Previous experience in similar role is an advantage
An account manager is the business representative with whom a client has the most one-on-one interaction within a company.

- 3. Follow up projects, enginnering delivery, aftersales service, enhance client relationship, and discover potential requirements from the clients
- 4. Achive KPI;
- 5. Team management
- 6. 3 years account management experience;
- 7. Bachelor and above, Business management, marketing, Finance management proritizes;
- 8. Good communication/cooperation skills, responsible of target, honest, good learning skills and team work
- 9. Have good awareness of customer service,brand compitition, marketing
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will work with application and technical architects to translate a business need into a robust and integrated technology solution.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment solving unique and challenging problems and developing innovative solutions.

- 1. Hardware installation/software configuration,system debug,integration testing and develping
- 2. Draft SOP for engineering work, draft training documents
- 3. Engineering work inspection, project quality management and on site support
- 4. Able to draft related documents about project delivery, such as operation mannual, testing proceedures, acceptance document and etc
- 5. Team work and self-drivn, target-orient
- 6. CCIE/CCNA/CCNP prioritizes;
